We are a very busy GP Surgery with 10,500 patients. We are open Mon-Fri 08:00-18:30 and some Saturdays.

  • Process and effectively signpost patients to the appropriate healthcare professional, depending on the presenting condition.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers' requests appropriately.
  • Process patient requests for appointments.
  • Process repeat prescription requests.
  • Initiate contact with and respond to requests from patients, team members and external agencies.

About the Practice: We are a busy friendly GP Surgery, we are based in the town centre of Stafford next to the town park, with plenty of transport links. We have three Partners and three salaried GPs and many other various clinicians and ARRs staff as well as an Admin Team.
