Mill Surgery Colchester are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join the team. The role is offered on a part-time basis for approximately 20 hours per week, generally over three days. One evening shift is required with the opportunity of extra hours when available, this can be discussed at the interview.

We are a SystmOne trained practice whilst experience is an advantage full training will be given to the right candidate. Current patients need to be prepared to register at another Surgery.

The ideal candidate will need to be:

  • Reliable and flexible
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone
  • The ability to work under pressure within our reception team

Mill Road Surgery has a practice list size of over 18,000 patients and use SystmOne. We have regularly been voted top in the NHS Patient Survey for GP Surgeries in Colchester.
