Mill Road Surgery in Colchester are seeking an efficient and highly organised medical secretary to join our dynamic team to work on a part-time basis. Hours to be discussed at interview. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, supporting our medical staff, and providing excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Prepare and manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a secretary or a role of similar nature
