We are seeking a passionate Drama and Music specialist who is interested in pursuing a career in education or the creative arts. The successful candidate will look forward to gaining an understanding of the fast‑paced and time‑consuming responsibilities of school life, and the hugely rewarding nature of working with young people.

The Graduate Assistant will be closely supervised by the Directors of Theatrical and Musical Performance within a formal structure of professional development, training and feedback that will enable them to prepare for their future career. In addition, the Graduate Assistant will attend regular in‑service training alongside the teaching staff, covering all aspects of our work from the latest teaching and learning developments to important changes in legislation.

For an exceptional candidate, there may in due course be the opportunity to move into formal teacher training, supported by the School, if this aligns with a particular staffing requirement that the School has at the time.
