Proven experience in school improvement; ability to hold staff to account while offering high-quality support. The ability to translate complex pupil data into clear, actionable reports for Trustees and Governors. Deep understanding of how to adapt the National Curriculum for various high-incidence needs without lowering expectations. A strong grasp of Early Years pedagogy, specifically in early literacy and numeracy development. Highly effective at communicating with parents and external agencies to ensure the "Graduated Approach" is robust. Can monitor teaching quality and pupil achievement. Is able to undertake day-to-day coordination of SEN pupil's provisions through close liaison with staff, parents and external agencies. Is a great communicator, developing positive relationships with young children and adults. Is committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities. Is passionate and dedicated in helping children reach their academic potential.
