We are looking for a General Manager to be the lead in driving the commercial and operational success of this exciting campus.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll be on‑site, leading the team that keeps Mill Yard running seamlessly - from day‑to‑day operations and health & safety to service charge budgets and major CAPEX projects.
- You’ll build real relationships with occupiers, understanding their needs.
- You’ll lead and inspire the on‑site team, work hand‑in‑hand with the surveying, sustainability and accounts teams and report directly to the client.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
