What You’ll Get Stuck Into as our Sous Chef:

  • Creating, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes – running and leading sections while coordinating smooth service.
  • Supporting the Head Chef by mentoring and developing less experienced team members.
  • Managing wastage, portions and time efficiencies.
  • Jumping onto any section when needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Working closely with other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
