Responsibilities
- Proven experience working within a Food & Beverage team; previous leadership experience is advantageous.
- A passion for driving and improving standards across all food and beverage areas, with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering best‐in‐class guest experiences with warmth and personality.
- Ability to lead, inspire, train, and motivate a team while maintaining high standards in a fair and consistent manner.
- Lead service from the front, including taking guest orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all site service standards are met and lead the team to do the same, creating a great guest experience.
- Strong knowledge of serving coffee, alcohol, and wine in both bar and restaurant environments.
- Responsibility for opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end‐of‐day sign‐offs.
