Responsibilities
- Manage daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, lead, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality to drive satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and waste control.
- Handle cash, perform daily reconciliation and adhere to financial procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised café environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales initiatives and contribute to profitability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Eligibility and Compensation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- English – Advanced.
- Full‑time employment.
- Salary: £2,800 – £3,500 monthly.
