Who We Are

Milk Shake Factory has been perfecting handspun shakes and premium chocolates since 1914.

Our new Preston Valley location is locally owned and operated — and we're bringing the best milkshakes and chocolate North Dallas has ever seen.

No fryers. No grease. Just desserts, community, and a team worth showing up for.

The Role

You're the one who keeps the shift humming.

As Shift Supervisor, you lead the floor — opening, closing, coaching team members, and making sure every guest leaves happy.

You're not just following the recipe.

You're setting the standard.

What You'll Do

  • Own your shift: open/close, floor leadership, and team direction
  • Train, coach, and give real-time feedback to team members
  • Drive sales through sampling, upselling, and genuine enthusiasm for the product
  • Craft high-quality shakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to standard — every time
  • Handle customer concerns with calm and professionalism
  • Manage cash, food safety, and store organization with accuracy and care
  • Keep the manager informed on team performance and anything worth flagging

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • You read the room — you can adjust the team based on how busy it is
  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and reliable
  • Cash-handling experience and attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • HS diploma or GED; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Why This Job
  • Chill dress code, great team, real community
  • No grease and no fryers
  • Grow into management — we promote from within and mean it
  • Become a chocolate expert (seriously, other chocolate will never hit the same)
  • Get in early - we're opening our first North Dallas location and you'd be part of building from scratch

Locally owned. Nationally backed. Come shake things up!
