About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and adaptable individual to join The Mighty Roar team. You will become a key member of our growing business, helping to support volunteers from their first enquiry through to their decision to join one of our programmes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to volunteer enquiries via email
  • Hosting one-to-one Zoom calls with prospective volunteers and parents
  • Managing general administrative tasks
  • Updating website content and other customer-facing information to ensure it remains accurate, engaging, and up to date

You will also have the opportunity to travel extensively to the destinations we work in. Travel periods may last up to a month at a time, so you must be comfortable travelling solo. You will be fully supported by our local teams and will meet volunteers from all over the world while experiencing some truly unforgettable destinations.

Following training and travel, you will develop in-depth knowledge of our programmes, locations, and day-to-day volunteer life. This knowledge is essential, as you will be guiding potential volunteers with confidence and clarity through email and Zoom calls.

Working Hours

This role requires availability during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 12pm to 8pm
  • Sunday: 10am to 6pm
