We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service delivery.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with established standards.
  • Develop and implement creative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimise waste and optimise resources.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote professional development and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor kitchen operations for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all kitchen activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse culinary team effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations (HACCP certification is desirable).
