THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Executive Producer (EP) to join our growing TMC production team. You’ll collaborate across departments and projects, helping to bring ambitious creative campaigns to life across sports and culture. Reporting to the Production Director, you’ll be an experienced, hands-on producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently and take initiative. While you won’t be managing a dedicated team day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and supporting production teams as needed - stepping in at different points across campaigns depending on resourcing and capacity. We’re looking for someone well-versed and experienced in all aspects of production, delivering multiple (often simultaneously) high budget projects, end-to-end, encompassing budget, resource and critical path management.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Acting as a key production lead across multiple sports and culture campaigns, providing hands-on support throughout the production cycle - from brief through to delivery.
- Helping to shape and refine internal processes to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
- Supporting the project team during bidding, pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases.
- Assessing project pipelines and contributing to resourcing plans and solutions.
- Stepping in to oversee producers or production teams depending on capacity and project needs.
- Collaborating closely with the wider Production SLT to uphold and evolve best practices.
- Contributing to talent sourcing and participating in recruitment processes during peak periods.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in production within creative agencies or production companies.
- Proven track record of delivering standout work for major brands.
- Experienced in working across motion and stills shoots + post production, delivering TVCs and OOH campaigns.
- A confident self-starter who can operate autonomously and handle multiple high-profile projects at once.
- Comfortable taking the lead on production challenges with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Experienced in managing production teams in a flexible or temporary capacity, depending on project needs.
- Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to navigate fast-changing environments.
- Passionate about sports, fashion and culture, with a deep understanding of the landscape.
