We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Producer to join an exciting production department working across a high volume of world class global and national film and photography campaigns for one of the world’s biggest sporting brands. You will be responsible for taking our creative team's concepts and making them a reality, whilst maintaining the highest standards, keeping on brief and delivering within budget.

We’re looking for someone well-versed and experienced in all aspects of production, comfortable delivering multiple projects end-to-end encompassing budget, team, resource and critical path management. We would especially like to hear from candidates that have experience producing sports content shoots.

This role is based in London and can be permanent or fixed-term contract. If the hire were to be FTC, then the salary advertised, and holidays would be pro rata.

What you'll do:

  • Devise the production approach and strategies at the start of a project - Assessing budgets, resources, timelines and feasibility.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategic leads as part of the project leadership team.
  • Mitigate and solve problems if and when they arise.
  • Source, manage and coordinate 3rd party suppliers.
  • Hire, onboard and manage freelance resources (where appropriate).
  • Build strong internal relationships with members of the team.
  • Help support and develop junior members of the team.
  • Manage business affairs documents and legal sign off processes.
  • Negotiate with talent agents on contract terms and fees.
  • Full reconciliation of budgets once the project has wrapped.
  • Act as the client facing production expert across the project.
  • Brief in creative teams on the project.
  • Manage all aspects of production - pre, production and post.
  • Make informed autonomous decisions for projects and escalate for further approvals where necessary.

About yourself:

  • 2-3 minimum years of production experience.
  • A solid black book of industry contacts including freelance crew, creative teams, photographers, studios and agents.
  • Strong technical production skills including all crew terms, sight on industry standards, standard APA crew rates and legal responsibilities.
  • Proven success in delivering projects within the agreed budget perimeters.
  • Experience in producing and line producing international productions.
  • Experienced negotiator when dealing with agents.
  • Previous experience in managing a variety of post production workstreams.
  • Experience of working with high profile talent is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio of high quality film and photographic content.
  • Highly organised, analytical and process driven.
  • Agile and can shake off curveballs without a sweat.
  • A team player - Not scared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Cool, calm and collected whilst under pressure.
  • Highly skilled in all aspects of production.
  • Comfortable working with complex projects and deliverables.
  • Experienced and comfortable working with budgets of up to £200k.
  • Interested in culture outside of work - bringing in new perspectives.
  • Previous experience in production for sports brands will be considered advantageous.
  • Passionate about sports and fashion - highly desirable.
  • Must be able to commute to our Shoreditch (London) office 3x week.
