THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our Leeds team, a key role focused on the final, practical stage of the design process. You’ll be the go-to for artwork rollouts, mock-ups, deck design, and polished delivery, helping us maintain high standards across everything we produce.
This role is about craft, precision, and execution. You’ll work closely with our London studio to take ideas over the line, creating sharp, consistent assets across print, digital, and presentation formats.
- Supporting the team by taking design projects through the final delivery phase, ensuring work is tight, tidy and technically spot-on
- Creating high-quality mock-ups, comps and presentation materials
- Designing and maintaining client decks and presentations
- Managing practical day-to-day production design needs i.e. resizing, formatting, file packaging and more
- Working in collaboration with designers and producers to make sure final files are consistent with the original creative vision
- Helping maintain quality control across all artwork and final output
ABOUT YOURSELF
- Around 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of the agency model and how creative teams work from brief to delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- A solid understanding of post-production processes, print file setup, digital formats, and artwork packaging
- Excellent Photoshop skills, especially for creating mock-ups and presentation visuals
- Comfortable working on decks and templates in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail, and pride in delivering polished, client-ready work
- A proactive, can-do attitude, someone who sees what needs doing and gets stuck in.
