THE ROLE
The Brand Product Designer will generate bold, insight-led and high-craft creative work on behalf of The Midnightâ„¢ Creative Group. You will be focused on developing distinctive ideas, products and expressive design that elevate the MCG name and bolsters the growth of our four brands.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who can take an idea from concept through to execution creating standout brand moments and creative solutions that are delivered at pace and to a high standard. The role demands a keen eye for craft, design quality and detail, with the ability to create work that reflects MCG’s ambition and positioning.
Day to day you will be:
- Concepting and designing premium creative work that strengthens MCG’s brand presence and heat
- Creating high-quality brand assets and products for various channels
- Owning projects end-to-end, from concept through to design, build and delivery
- Collaborating across internal teams and brands to support growth, partnerships and standout creative moments
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive a high and consistent standard
ABOUT YOU
You have 5+ years of experience in brand design, product design or creative design roles, ideally within a high-calibre brand, studio or creative environment. You are highly conceptual but also execution focused. You enjoy making, building and delivering real outputs as well as developing and presenting new ideas. Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering high quality creative and visual solutions. Ability to multi-task bringing your design skills to multiple projects at once. A keen interest in sportswear, fashion and design. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build new relationships quickly. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Organised, methodical and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
