A key player in the Client Services team, leading on projects for a global sports brand, you will be comfortable in managing the day to day demands of your clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for sport & culture, bringing new ideas to the project that align with trends, in London and beyond. You would be joining a medium-sized team in a fast paced, exciting and creative environment, and be leading your own projects as well as working closely with a wider team.
- Lead client contact across several projects, ensuring tasks are completed within given timelines.
- Ensure you have a confident grasp of the strategy and creative on the projects you are driving, to act as the first line of response for clients.
- Day-to-day management of the project, leading client calls, maintaining the high standards expected from our clients.
- Responsible for successful interpretation of client brief into great creative and then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign off.
- Managing workload, calling out for support when necessary.
- Ensure all creative follows sign-off processes.
- Oversee production elements, leading on management of events where necessary.
- Adhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact report.
4+ years’ experience in a similar Account Management or Senior Account Management role.
- Experience in presenting to clients and relationship building.
- Experience in creating & managing presentations, across Google Suite, Microsoft or Keynote.
- Competent in putting together estimates for simple projects.
- Comfortable with financially tracking projects.
