As a pastry CDP you will be required to provide a wide range of intricate pastry goods across the hotel. This will include bespoke individual technical cakes for the afternoon tea lounge, A la carte desserts for the hotels restaurants and all conference, banqueting and events.

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated pastry chef to join a very experienced pastry team.
