Provide specialist physiological support during cardiac catheterisation and interventional cardiology procedures in the Cath Lab. Deliver specialist cardiac diagnostic testing, including ECGs, ambulatory monitoring, exercise tolerance testing, tilt table testing and ILR services. Analyse and interpret complex cardiac investigations, producing accurate clinical reports and escalating significant findings appropriately. Support cardiac rhythm management services, including pacemaker, ICD and CRT implantation and follow-up clinics. Deliver high-quality patient care, education and support while working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in emergency and Primary PCI on-call services, quality improvement, audit, staff training and service development.
