About the Role
As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You'll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities:
- Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
- Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits
- Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services
- Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment
- Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time
Candidates who have previously been successful in this role have come from a background in Sales, Military or Police.
Working Hours
We offer a 40-hour work week with a supportive approach to work-life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: 40 hours per week required, operating hours are Monday-Friday visiting between 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. 10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours. Prime hours are 4pm-8pm Monday and Saturday 9am-1pm.
