What will the role involve? As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll support the Cook in the preparation and serving of healthy and nutritionally balanced meals. You will ensure a clean and tidy work environment and support the team to enable families to make healthy food choices. Working alongside the society’s policies and procedures, you will ensure compliance with the Food Standards Agency and work to the highest possible standards.
Who are we looking for?
- An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs!)
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent
- Someone who is open, honest and compassionate
