About the role:
Being a Team Leader with Your Co-op is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Team Leader would include:
• Going the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
• Motivating and supporting the team by leading from the front
• Having a sound understanding of our products and offering guidance to our customers
• Taking ownership of customer complaints and dealing with them professionally
