We are seeking a Store Manager Designate who can excel in a demanding yet purposeful retail environment. You need to be committed and hardworking, and in return, you will have the opportunity to inspire and grow. At Your Coop, we value leadership by example. You will receive comprehensive training in one of our stores, and later, support multiple stores within a designated district, which will involve travel. The role requires a natural ability to connect with teams and maximize their potential in a supportive and challenging way.

As a Store Manager Designate, you will:

  1. Take overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining high standards.
  2. Provide strong leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
  3. Be a positive role model and advocate for the co-op values.
  4. Lead efforts to drive sales, memberships, and community engagement.
  5. Oversee training, development, and performance management while remaining hands-on in the store when necessary.
  6. Participate in social initiatives and volunteering to support your local community.

Flexible working options such as job sharing or part-time hours are available for the right candidate.
