What will the role involve?
- Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
- Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
- Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
