What will the role involve? As Third in Charge you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team. You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.

Who are we looking for? You’ll need a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above and at least 2 years Early Years’ experience. Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework. Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children. Have excellent listening, communication and customer service skills. Have an Enhanced DBS check.
