Overview
Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting an IT Support Technician to join the IT Department.
Location: Mick George Head Office – Huntingdon
Working Hours: Monday – Friday between 6am – 6pm, Occasional Saturday work. Overtime available

As an IT Support Technician at Mick George, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to provide effective IT support to our staff. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a range of IT systems and technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
