Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting a Concrete Administrator to join the team.
Location: Mick George Head Office
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, occasional Saturday work as and when required.
Pay: To be discussed at interview

Responsibilities:
- Checking purchase orders are added to jobs and additional charges required.
- Invoice queries & ticket requests.
- Booking orders for sales team and customer service if required.
- Organising refunds for customers upon sign‑off.
- Diary / inbox management.
- Using multiple systems.
- Back‑up customer service: communicating with customers, managing expectations, ETAs, and updating on delays.
- Following procedures to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Ensuring attention to detail is of the highest standard.
- Organising invoice query and complaint details for directors.
- Any ad‑hoc duties required by the department.
Skills & Competencies:
- Computer literate & Microsoft Office skills.
- Flexibility to complete tasks as needed with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under instruction while using own initiative where necessary.
- Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience within construction, aggregates or waste industry is advantageous.
- Driven and proactive individual.
