The role offers an starting hourly rate of £15.40, with potential earnings up to £41,000 per year based on a 50-hour week, plus a performance-based bonus of at least £2,600 per year. Regular hours are Mon-Fri with some Saturdays; full internal training and clear career progression are provided.
