Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting a Class 2 Concrete Driver to join the team.
Location: Husbands Bosworth
Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 6am – 6pm, Occasional Saturday work averaging 50 hours per week
Pay: On target earnings circa £43,000 per annum plus performance related bonuses

About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are seeking Class 2 Concrete Drivers to join our business and continue driving the business to success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our existing team of Class 2 Concrete Drivers. Successful applicants must hold a Category C driving license, Digital Tachograph Card & Drivers Qualification Card.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform Pre-Shift and End-of-Shift vehicle checks including regular walk around inspections and report any defects found.
- Adhere to road safety rules, including the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act, and complying with driving regulations like the Working Time Directive and Drivers Hours.
- Ensure loads are secure and within weight limits and following site-specific rules.
- You must maintain vehicle cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and drive safely and economically.
- Demonstrate a high level of Geographical Knowledge.
- Complete any adhoc requests.
