We are looking for a small team of dedicated ventilation support workers to support a young man to remain safe in his home overnight.
This position is based in Johnstone area (PA6) rather than our head office in Tollcross.
No experience is required for this role as full training will be provided this role is for an immediate start.
Within this role you will be required to observe the young man overnight to allow his parents to sleep. You will be required to:
Provide detailed handovers to the family
Provide an accurate record of care delivered throughout the night.
Report any incidents to the family and service leader
Report any faults/ failures to the family and service leader
Any sudden deterioration of the young man should be reported to the parents immediately (no matter the time)
Remain confidential at all times
Maintain good professional relationships with the person being supported and their family
Comply with infection control standards within a care setting.
