The tasks involved in this role are as follows:
- Oversee paperwork and ensure everything is completed to a very high standard
- Liaise with Social work and other professionals to provide updates and implement anything new suggested.
- Build good rapport with staff and families
- Be approachable to your staff team
- Be able to provide 1:1 support and guidance to individual team members
- Our service leaders deliver support in our teams with a percentage of time within the office to complete paperwork so being able to travel to our different services within the East & Southside of Glasgow is essential, driver is preferred. Candidates must have a SVQ level 3 as a minimum and a willingness to work towards their level 4.
