Summary
We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in North East England. This role is vital to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential part in upholding our commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas and resident rooms
- Assist with laundry and linen services
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
- Support staff with daily operational tasks as needed
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Collaborate with team members to enhance resident satisfaction
- Uphold the values and standards of Exclusive Care Group.
- Assist Kitchen Staff with cleaning kitchen areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a domestic or housekeeping role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
