We are looking for a volunteer, part‑time Deputy Chair of the Stationing Strategy Committee. The role will support the Chair in ensuring the effective functioning of the Committee, lead operational coordination and specific delegated workstreams, and provide continuity of leadership by deputising for the Chair when required.

Qualifications
- Lay person and member in good standing of the Methodist Church in Britain.
- Awareness of the variety of contexts within the Methodist Connexion.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive material/conversations discretely.

Duration
Maximum three years for initial term, with the possibility of extension for further one or more years thereafter.
Time Commitment
The Deputy Chair and Chair together will be expected to contribute 30‑40 days a year, of which up to 12 can be away from home, including overnight stays.
