The Quest Academy is recruiting a Year Leader to lead pastoral support for students, with responsibility for behaviour, attendance and conduct across the school. The post centres on leading a team of tutors, quality assuring the tutor programme, leading assemblies, running interventions and meeting parents and stakeholders. It is full time on a term-time-plus-four-weeks pattern and includes a significant role in the wider leadership of the school. Candidates need an enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available. The start date is 4 January 2027.
