A Year 1 teacher post at Alban City School, offered as a job share across three days a week, Wednesday to Friday. The work centres on teaching the year group, delivering the curriculum and running continuous provision, with children's wellbeing kept at the heart of it. The job share is paired with a year group teaching partner, with joint PPA time built in. Experience in KS1 or Early Years is the main test of fit, visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts on 1 January 2027.
