Colchester Institute is seeking a permanent full-time manager to coordinate work-related learning across all curriculum areas. The post designs the college-wide framework for work experience and T Level industry placements, writes the policies behind it and monitors quality and compliance.
The role leads the T Level Employer Working Groups, builds employer partnerships and collaborates with curriculum and business support teams to ensure meaningful learner experiences and compliant delivery.
