Avery Healthcare Group seeks a Head of Health & Safety to lead the organisation-wide safety strategy across over 100 care homes and corporate functions. The role reports to the Director of Care Quality and requires regular travel with occasional overnight stays.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, manage risk, audits and incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices across the group.
