Optalis is seeking a Registered Manager to lead Suffolk Lodge, a council-supported residential care home in the Wokingham area. You will oversee quality, governance, staffing and budgets while reporting to the Director of Nursing. The home provides residential and dementia care for up to 37 residents plus 8 assess-to-discharge beds.
You will drive CQC compliance, help maintain a good or outstanding rating and develop a high-performing workforce dedicated to person-centred care.
