CSH Surrey is seeking a Band 6 district nurse to assess and deliver personalised care in homes and care homes. You will lead Band 5 RNs and supervise students, with a seven-day rota from 8am to 8pm and no UKVI sponsorship.
You will hold an NMC registration, have dir ectorship experience and drive continuous improvement across clinical services while mentoring junior staff and planning services with the GP network.
