Willow Grove Primary School is seeking an EHC Co-ordinator to lead the review process for EHC Plans and ensure provision is delivered in line with local authority and school duties.
You will work with the LA and other professionals, chair multi-agency meetings, and support staff in developing robust procedures and reporting progress at reviews. An enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required.
