Boston Spa Academy is seeking an Attendance and Welfare Officer to join the pastoral team. The role focuses on raising attendance and punctuality, monitoring data, and shaping intervention plans while visiting homes when needed.
The post is term time only, 37 hours per week plus one extra week. Applicants should have experience supporting young people in a secondary school and hold Enhanced DBS clearance.
