whg is seeking a permanent full-time Housing Solicitor to join its Legal Team. The role focuses on housing litigation, advising and representing whg in disrepair, tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and housing condition claims from case prep to hearings in County Court, Magistrates' Court and FTT.
The postholder will manage their own caseload alongside the Housing Litigation Manager. A qualified solicitor or FCILEX with 5+ years PQE and court advocacy experience is required.
