Enrich Academy in Wakefield is seeking a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to design, deliver and review targeted programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will work with the senior leadership team, SENDCo, teachers and support staff to implement effective intervention plans and monitor progress.
The role also involves supporting pupils as they move back into mainstream or specialist education, with a focus on ensuring successful transitions and ongoing support for learners’ wellbeing.
