Enrich Academy is recruiting a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to work with the senior leadership team, the SENDCo, teachers and support staff. The post centres on designing, delivering and reviewing one-to-one or small-group programmes for learners with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. It also involves helping pupils return to mainstream or specialist education. Visa sponsorship is not available, so candidates must already be eligible to work in the UK.
What the job involves
- Plan, deliver and review one-to-one or small-group intervention programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs
- Work with the senior leadership team, SENDCo, teachers and support staff on these programmes
- Support pupils to transition back into mainstream or specialist education
