You will verify NHS 111 and digital front door bookings on a tablet, escalate any unwell or distressed patients, and explain appointment logistics to patients and carers.
You will also assist walk-ins at reception, signpost to pharmacies or GP practices, and support patients with disabilities or low digital confidence.
