Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a permanent part-time social worker (23 hours per week) to join the East Learning Disability Partnership Team. The role focuses on care and support planning with individuals, carers and families, using the Transforming Lives approach to make support more proactive, preventative and personalised.
The team works in a hybrid model, with office attendance up to three days a week after induction.
