Inizio's Clinical Homecare Nursing Team is recruiting bank Community IV Nurses to deliver specialist IV therapies and clinical care to patients in their own homes. The role involves administering infusions, assessing patients, escalating changes, and teaching patients and carers to manage treatment at home.
Shifts are offered as patient needs arise, with travel between visits and close collaboration with NHS colleagues, pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
