Reading Borough Council's Stable Loving Homes service is seeking casual residential childcare workers to support children aged 11 to 17 in three new homes opening from 2026. You will build trusting relationships, provide trauma-informed, nurturing care and keep care plans up to date.
Role involves a rota with sleep-ins, evenings and weekends. A Level 3 Diploma will be completed as part of the role. Right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
