A Learning Support Assistant post at Ilsham Church of England Academy, part of the Learning Academy Partnership trust. Core work is supporting children, including those with special educational needs, to remove barriers to learning. The post is distinct for its focus on disadvantaged pupils and is 13.5 hours a week. Autism, speech and language or phonics experience is welcome but not essential.
