Ilsham Church of England Academy, part of the Learning Academy Partnership, seeks a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils—including those with special educational needs—access the curriculum and participate fully in lessons.
The role is 13.5 hours per week, focused on disadvantaged pupils. Experience with autism, speech and language development or phonics is welcome but not essential.
